Can I cancel my subscription anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
What's the difference between Founders and Lifetime? ▾
Both are one-time payments that give you lifetime Pro access. Founders is at a special, lower rate but is limited to 200 spots — it's an early-supporter offer. Lifetime is available indefinitely at standard pricing. Founders also includes a badge and priority support.
How do I manage my subscription? ▾
Click "Manage Account" in the navigation. This takes you to your Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel.
Does the free tier have ads? ▾
No. CreativePass is ad-free at every tier. We're a tools company, not an advertising platform. The free tier is limited in features, not cluttered with ads.
Can I switch from monthly to annual? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal. The cost difference is prorated.
